If you are selling or buying a home and do not use Jason Wright I feel you are doing yourself a disservice
To use any cliché words to describe Jason Wright would be unfair to him...the level of service, expertise and professionalism was just more than words can explain. He helped from working with a tenant that was living on the property that we needed to have move to handling staging the home for sale. Jason and I discussed shattering my neighborhood sales price and he said he would do it, which he did. The first day on the MLS we sold for the highest price in the neighborhood by over $250,000 we had a full price offer within eight hours of going on the market and by the end of the day had three full price offers. With his extensive knowledge of the construction industry he was able to organize all our contractors for the repairs and some I m sure he jumped in and got his hands dirty and
just fixed it himself. We were in escrow on another home in Florida and he was able to seamlessly organize the transaction from California while keeping us completely informed while in Florida trying to close on our new home. If you are selling or buying a home and do not use Jason Wright I feel you are doing yourself a disservice.
