Born and raised in California’s Central Valley, Evan began her career in public relations, marketing, and advertising before relocating to Orange County in 2012. There, she continued building her expertise in marketing, eventually transitioning into digital strategy and social media.
In 2016, Evan discovered her passion for real estate, working her way through nearly every facet of the industry—from administrative support to showing agent and sales. That well-rounded experience gives her a unique understanding of what it takes to successfully serve clients while keeping a high-performing real estate business running seamlessly behind the scenes.
As Operations Manager for the Jason Wright Real Estate Group, Evan oversees the systems, organization, and day-to-day operations that allow the team to deliver an exceptional client experience. Known for her organization, proactive communication, and attention to detail, she works to ensure every transaction, marketing initiative, and client interaction is executed with precision. She is dedicated to anticipating the team’s needs, creating efficient processes, and giving Jason the operational support he needs to remain focused on serving clients at the highest level.
What Evan enjoys most about working alongside Jason is his unique perspective on luxury real estate. His background in development, extensive industry relationships, and strategic approach to business have given her invaluable insight—not only into real estate, but into entrepreneurship and leadership as a whole.
Outside of the office, Evan and her husband, Jeff, are raising their four children in Newport Beach. Much of her free time is spent volunteering at her children’s schools, cheering them on at their many activities, and making memories as a family. When she has a little time to herself, she enjoys playing tennis, spending time with friends, and gathering with her longtime book club.
